I am quite amazed about the way the Nokia People handle the phone while even on Warranty.. Mine came with scratches on sides,Loose bottom panel and the most irritating part, All dust particals seems to have accumulated inside the front glass panel is there any way to remove the top glass.. I'm very happy with this phone, with the high resolution screen, my previous phone's screen looks crap n and with all the connectivity features. The battery is not that great but it's understandable. If not, I can translate the menus for you.
